Ordering ROMVIMZA
ROMVIMZA can be shipped directly to patients or may be available for in‑office dispensing. There are two options for prescribing:
Option 1
Enroll your patients in Deciphera AccessPoint. One form unlocks a host of access solutions.
The Enrollment Form and Enrollment Form Instruction Guide are available for download on the Deciphera AccessPoint website or ask your representative.
Fax a completed enrollment form to 1‑833‑DCPH‑FAX (1‑833‑327‑4329)
Be sure to include:
Prescription
Prescriber signatures
Patient signatures
Optional/recommended:
A request for a temporary 14‑day supply of free medication, in case the patient faces an insurance delay or interruption.
Option 2
Prescribe directly through a specialty pharmacy or dispense in office.*

The ROMVIMZA Commercial Copay Program may cover ALL out‑of‑pocket drug costs for eligible patients with commercial insurance (as little as $0 copay)§
Patients with no insurance or without coverage may qualify for free medication§

Copay program is subject to an annual benefit maximum.
